  • If you want to enjoy nature at its best then Japanese Park is must to visit. Great for kids and children. A good place for joggers. Basically couples has made this Park as a love. So this is one of the best parks for the couples. This park is also famous for Pre wedding and post wedding photo shoots.
  • Awesome garden. You can bring children to make them happy. One of the most beautiful garden of Chandigarh. Very clean, very green and very creative. Whole garden is based on a Japanese theme. Free entry, snacks also available. Whole garden is divided into two parks.
  • Upkeep of the garden is good. It is pity that crowd litter around despite best efforts by maintenance staff. Repainting of dragons and other structures will give a very good looks. It is indeed a very good experience of a well maintained park for relaxation.
  • Situated in a quiet corner of sector 31, Chandigarh, the Japanese garden is a wonderful little place to have a nice time walking around and soaking up the quietitude. The best thing is it sprawls out to other side of the main road as well and that too through an underpass. So for a quick visit this place is quite good.
  • It's a cool place to hang out for teenagers,a good place to take children for playing n an open space for morning/evening walkers. There are swings for children. In this open space you can organise a family picnic during winters where you would really like basking in the warmth of a sunny day.But you will have to bring your own food for the picnic. It's an ideal place for joggers as there is a track for jogging n well manicured lawns. There are many Japanese sculptures like-dragon etc. Thus it's called Japanese garden.

Where to stay in Chandigarh

The most popular hotels in Chandigarh tend to be located in Sector 22. Chain hotels usually occupy the corners of major streets, and particularly refined options boast views of the city's well-maintained green areas. Budget rooms can be found farther from the center and include a few hostels, guesthouses, and basic hotels in the residential areas. The restaurants and cafes of Sector 17 remain a major draw in the center of town. Located right next to Sector 22, the area also offers some of the most luxurious rooms in town.
