Coco Beach, Candolim
(2.6/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web)
Enjoy some time outdoors at Coco Beach, a bay popular with local families for picnics, and with local fishers out for their day's catch. Watch them haul in nets full of mackerel, and take a boat excursion out on the water to spot dolphins and other wildlife. Back on land, large palms adorn the beach, affording some natural shade from the sun. Should you need refreshments, head to one of the vendors or the waterfront bar/restaurant nearby. Use our Goa trip builder to arrange your visit to Coco Beach and other attractions in Goa.

  • Have memories that go down decades, and will give this place a four-star rating due to that. Of course, it has changed for the place. Some new visitors might think its great, but I know old-timers who feel the loss. One of Goa's quieter beaches. Like most of the local 105-km scenic coast, used to be a fishing village. Till tourism became fashionable maybe a decade or two ago. Of course, the pressure here has been slowly building up. As schoolboys we would go for picnics, not much further south. The approach to the beach is a small road which keeps it quiet (and scenic). Hope politicians and planners don't keep changing it more even more from what it is already. See the images....
  • Not clean...ok type... Only boat facility for Delphine view is good...
  • Beach only for boat ride to see dolphins, and nice ride in sea not much but good view, you can see Goa central jail, millioners Palace, lighthouse, auguda fort and dolphins in single boat ride
  • Visited by Local as well as Foreign Tourists mainly for picnics. It is Located on route to Calangute from Panaji with large number of palm trees at this Beach. Some Water Sports, Fishing and Boating trips are organised from here. At this Beach you will find Beach Shacks offering a Boat Trip round the bay. One of the Famous trips is 'Dolphin Spotting Trip'. You must take this nice trip.
  • Here Nothing to see much after calangute, anjuna beach. Its only a backwater
