  • Located at the heart of the city, an affordable place to showcase your paintings and installation. Venkatappa's collection is a must visit. If you are lucky you will have a chance to see some event going on.
  • Excellent art gallery nearby Cubbon Park and Government museum. I would also recommended travellers to go to nearby Science Centre and church.
  • Worth a visit. Venkatappa's works in the ground floor are really good, but i loved hebbar's works in the floor above more.
  • Its good but can be better, couldnt explore it well as it was closing time, but watched few good paintings.
  • Located next to the Industrial and Technical Museum, entrance is now 20 rupees/person (at least for foreigners). No photography allowed. Antiquities include ancient pottery and terracotta including from Mohen-Jo-Daru, as well as instruments, sculptures and musical instruments. In the two adjacent (free/included) art galleries one can enjoy the presentation and artworks displayed. Museum isn't air conditioned and exhibits aren't using modern preservation techniques, but it is still interesting to visit. Very peaceful inside and nice gardens at the rear.
