Established in 2001, The Heritage Centre & Aerospace Museum offers a chance to learn about humanity's efforts to conquer the skies and explore space. As you arrive in the first major hall, check out the photographs that document the gradual development of aviation throughout history. The second major hall houses a cross-section of airplane engines, including marks like Garrett, Orpheus, and Adour, clearly showing each element's function. After observing all sorts of aircraft models and components on display, try out the motion simulator to experience flying a fighter jet. Besides the showrooms and exhibits, you can also visit the children's play area, herbal garden, orchidarium, and gift shop. • Nice place to go with kids and also recommended for people with interest in aerospace. Good open place and we'll maintained garden. Kids play area is good, but it's open and kids can't play when it's sunny. Recommended to carry caps as it can get very hot when walking around. The heritage history museum is having a good record of historical events. The souvenir shop has interesting items, and small toys for kids. Did not visit cafeteria and simulators. But overall a good experience, would visit again to experience the flight simulators.
  • Important Note: Ticket counter closes at 4.30 pm, although the place will be open till 5 pm. (new rule from 01.06.2017) Perfect spot for a perfect evening. Good to visit with family. It has some old planes in display, well maintained garden and play area. Little bit of Knowledge and little bit of relaxation.
  • Amazing! The place is well maintained and organized. There are lot of planes and helicopters. A well documented literature and model representation. And don't miss the motion simulator(First floor). It's awesome. There is a cafeteria, savunior shop and washrooms as well.
  • If you like to know about fighter planes or the history of it. This place is good to visit . Big planes and some of the models are kept for visitors. They have got a simulator of plane where in you can pay and feel how it feels when you drive aeroplane. They have got a small souvenir shop - you can't find much options over here, they should improve on it. A small open fish pond is attractive in this place. There is a play ground for kids as well. :)
  • Went here with my son and had a great time. Very educational. Apart from the highlight which is ofcourse the models of the planes, the area which exhibits journey of HAL is very well done. You see the journey and transition from black and white ti color.
