  • A bit unusual for these places, he was carved from a natural monolith rock. The temple is ancient, and not as colorful as other temples in Bangalore. But walking along its corridors feel a unique sensation. Here it will be interesting to look at the sculptures of divinities such as Shiva, which is dedicated to the most part shrine, also of Nadi, Shakti, AgNi, and many others.

  • One of the ancient temples in Bangalore which has its own history and importance. This temple has a secret channel connected to shivaganga temple.
  • A wonderful piece of dravidian architecture,The temple is well maintained, and as a living temple it accepts the changes which are happening even today. The wedding scene sculpted on the Kamakshi temple is an amazing piece of art. DONT MISS IT Keshavamurthy..
  • Gavi Gangadhar Temple means Cave Gangadhar Temple. Naturally cavedin temple one of the oldest in Bangalore. Special celebration of Shivarathri. Beautiful premises very poorly maintained and looks artificial dew to laying of glazed tiles all round. Has been seeing it changes for decades from natural one to these artificial decorations. But still love it.
