  • A geographical phenomenon which is present in very few countries around the world. So can be visited if one has time in hand while visiting the Baratang Islands.

  • We were not visited this place since we heard from local people that it is not functioning now a days.

  • Not that much attractive. You will see some water and mud.
  • This is an Active volcano but Its not hot one. Gas, Water and Mud are coming from under ground, nothing to worry. We can touch those things, that is not Magma.
  • Don't come here complete disappointment not at all the feel of volcano Feels like being in place were tube well boreing has taken place Best go to Havelock island beach that is the only place that made the trip worth while
  • it is the only one such place in india which experience volcano hehe.. actually mud volcano. temperature around this area is little bit high. and there are some notice board there which tell that you are walking on an active volcano. this terrain is highly unstable and dangerous please be carefull.
  • Not a worthy place to visit. Better skip this place and prefer any other location.
