Elegant and grand, Tarn Taran Sahib is a sacred pilgrimage spot for Sikhs originally established in 1590 by the 5th Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev. An arched gateway stands at the entrance, and the main building sits elevated on a marbled floor platform. Pilgrims gather here once a month on the day of Amavas (a no-moon night).
