    You can watch here many Cultural Programs of Kerala like Kathakali, Classical dance and music, a martial arts called Kalaripayattu etc.  more »

    A must if you want to experience the true culture of Kerala. There are other shows too like the martial arts show that should be checked out.  more »

The accommodations of Alappuzha vary greatly in style, with the beach, main urban area, and waterways splitting the focus of the city. The area between Alappuzha Beach and Finishing Point contains the highest concentration of accommodations here, with hotels offering sea views and large resorts by the coast, a number of upmarket hotels and simple guesthouses by Finishing Point, and an array of largely standard hotels in the urban area between these two scenic spots. Many visitors to Alappuzha opt to stay on a houseboat for all or part of their visit, with the accommodations taking a range of different routes through the backwaters.
