  • Please forget what you read in Internet and other reviewers..The Most Disappointing place in Augumbe must be this only. After a great difficulty you will reach the station and there will be a cleaning...  more »
  • It's a amazing place to enjoy, sightseeing, photography, entertainment, food's, wildlife, and also a best for driving in the guard section...... Enjoying with both family and also friends!!!
  • We tried to arrange our visit to this place but nobody answered our emails. When we eventually arrived, they seemed uninterested in our presence, even though we had travelled half way round the world ...  more »

  • Very scary place to be. Was there in 2008 with a group of 6 friends. We had an overnight stay in the forest in a tent. Rs. 250 per person. Very scary thing to do. Would not recommend it to all. It is run by Mr.Gowri Shankar. He has a group of students who come there for internship and learn about the King Cobra & vegetation.
  • This Place is utter disappointing. After a lot of effort we have reached this research station only to counter some youngsters, whose sole motive is to send us away. That too as quickly as possible. Any one who reach this place will surely love rain forest and research..We are not Vada pav sellers. We have got zero info. Worst part is, we do not know how to pre inform them,In case if thats the issue...It appears to be, they have no website. The Name is big...but a waste of time...Kudos Rom Whitaker.
  • Visited two years ago. Saw pit vipers for the first time up close. Nice, quiet and informative place.
