  • Cute amateur beautiful stones that are collected in the County all his life, thank you! Very Home Museum in the residential building. All decomposed on the territory beautiful, with flower beds, with gnomikami, with the cafeteria and terribly expensive souvenir hardware shop. As a gift can leave the handle in the huge vase for collection Visit required! Cute

  • The passion and love was evident. This was an incredible personal collection. A little more signage would be helpful. There was n amazing number if different rocks in the collection. Many of them interesting. Some order but more just more and more amazing rocks. Liked the small house with other collections. (pen, matches, cards etc) Note the fee was for adults. Children were free.
  • The most extensive and impressive personal rock and mineral collection I've ever seen. Even though Petra has since passed away it's a real tribute to her life long passion that her collection has remained open.
  • Fun place to spend a rainy day. Impressive collection of stones from exclusively east Iceland!
  • Great museum, fantastic collection of rocks and bones. Bring some crumbs as the birds are happy to eat out of you're hand.
  • It is incredible that Mrs. Petra spent her whole life amassing this beautiful collection! The gardens are quite impressive as well.
