  • If you are driving through the area, this is a great stop for an hour or so. The extensive stone collection is impressive - so many colors, shapes, and designs. I had no idea so many rare stones were ...  more »

  • This is well worth taking route 96 alone. It is the greatest stone collection on Earth. Hands down.
  • In the garden you can admire a huge stone collection and some others are in the house too. Next to all the stones there is lots of pretty flowers and such in the garden to admire. Definitely worth a visit.
  • Incredible collection, not much background provided for each display, but provides a great sense of the diversity of rocks in a particular region in Iceland
  • The passion and love was evident. This was an incredible personal collection. A little more signage would be helpful. There was n amazing number if different rocks in the collection. Many of them interesting. Some order but more just more and more amazing rocks. Liked the small house with other collections. (pen, matches, cards etc) Note the fee was for adults. Children were free.
  • Beutiful, unbelievable, breathtaking, hypnotizing!
