  • The access is performed by the center of visitors of Skaftafell and its travel is quite soft. There are rises in some of the sections, but they can be easily. You can adapt the road to the possibilities of time that have each one. The environment is beautiful and worth a walk.

  • Smaller, narrower and less spectacular than other waterfalls of Iceland, but something very special by embedding into tall, narrow columns of basalt. He is by a ca. 2 to reach 5 km hike through the Heath from the parking lot, before and behind it are of course more viewpoints. Below the waterfall a kind wooden Podest is built, from where you can take also beautiful photographs. The way there were in September still under renovation, this should change some months back - still good to find.

  • I think this is the same as Svartifoss. Nice hike but strainuous. Nice glacier view. Must see but be aware this wal is not easy.
