  • I could not fault them. They were referred to us by a friend who had used them. We booked all our tours online before heading to Iceland so benefited from some good discounts. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.
  • Took the grayline to glacier lagoon and south coast on 27/03/17. Exceĺent guide and driver. Allowed us to stop for photos and even stopped to allow us to see the northern lights on the way back even though we were really late. Great trip!! Grayline need to sort the wi-fi.
  • I booked the "inside the glacier" tour with them which was not cheap at all (250€ for 1 person). I woke up early the morning of the departure and called them just to let them know that I was going to be at another pick up location. At that moment they told me that all the tours were canceled for the day. They also told me that and I quote "we spent all night sending emails, you didn't receive yours because of a typo". I find it hard to believe that they sent emails manually to each person. This company is not serious.
  • Alongside a Group, we took a number of tours through gray line. While it's also fun to rent a car and experience some of the sites on your own, the tours and tour guides provided lots of information and we were able to see many of the sites quickly. Also, thank you to our favorite tour guide Dee Dee.
  • My only travel tour company when in Iceland. We booked several tours through Grayline and will do so again this September. GL makes seeing Iceland easy and convenient. We booked the ; Golden Circle Classic Tour, Landmannalaugar Pearl of the Highlands (Highly recommended) , South Coast and Glacier Lagoon and Reykjavik to Blue Lagoon and Keflavik Airport. They offer a pickup from the airport upon arrival and a stop at the famous Blue Lagoon and then drop off at the airport for departure. After a long vacation through Iceland, stopping at the Blue Lagoon for a few hours is the best finale before boarding a flight home. The Landmannalaugar tour is out of this world. We stopped at the base of the mountain range. The guides offered to take us on an hour hike up to some of the most amazing vistas Iceland has to offer. Their guides are awesome people and a ton of fun. They even taught us the local footbal chant! Thanks to GL, we fell in love with Iceland and will be returning this September.
