Categories: Landmarks, Tourist Spots
Inspirock Rating:
3.7/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web
Cross the rift supposedly separating Europe and North America by walking over Bridge Between Continents. A thin, steel deck in the middle of nowhere lies across the point where two tectonic plates are diverging. "Welcome to America" and "Welcome to Europe" signs greet you as you cross. The gorge below the bridge is not very deep or dangerous, so you can easily walk through and pass under the bridge. Notice the engraved padlocks on the fence, which symbolize the love of couples who visited the bridge.
