  • For Americans traveling here, this is a very European styled swimming pool. Not that it's a bad thing but you'll be required to strip down and shower without a swim suit before getting into the pools. So, if you're a more private person, maybe avoid it. But if that's not an issue for you, then this place was a great way to spend a few hours. The wind was whipping up but that didn't matter in the hot pools. There was an indoor space as well if you wanted to get out of the winds. And the water slides were more than enough to get the kids occupied for a while.
  • Excellent swimming pool all round. Dressing room is fine and there is a very cozy outdoor dressing area as well. Nice pool, hot tubs and steam bath. Fantastic Sauna! (although it's not very well marked)
  • I've gone there countless times and it is a very nice swimming pool. It includes hot tubs for those who wanna relax, slides for those who wanna have fun, a swimming pool for those who just wanna swim and much more Really recommend it
  • A serious contender for the best swimming pool in Iceland. Great when bringing kids along. I recommend drying off in the outside chamber (which is enclosed by the regular changing room) and sit there and relax. Especially during freezing winters.
  • In our trip we went also Laugardalslaug and Árbæjarlaug that were great but the kids and I loved this place the most: the water slides are great, up to 42 degrees hot tubs, 25m swimming pool and a good service.
