  • First of all the negatives: the coffee around it is the coffee house in centre of town pretty boring, only highlight, for the hotel but nothing can. The staff was super friendly, too bad that my room was ready at 14:00 not as promised, but that was offset by a cup of coffee. Internet works only in the main building. Warm (hot) water let ages to warten...wenn you need which at times where not everyone else need which. But just leave, until it is hot ist...das in Iceland no energy wasted, because it comes anyway from the Earth and costs almost nothing. Rooms are teuer...allerdings on Iceland, therefore it is here rather average. The equipment very simple, the rooms smallish, who some space needs: one of the huts order! There are 5 beds in there. Breakfast is super. It's all there and usually included. Tip: to pay with the card, because who pays in euros, paid a surcharge. To the restaurant: it's good, expensive like everything on the island and a Starter is a non starter and also no bigger than a solche...auch if it costs 30 euros.
