  • Nice to of Esztergom to Sturova walking. Nice view from the bridge over the Danube and on Esztergom with its Basilica. They accept no Hungarian forint in Sturovo but only the euro.

  • More precisely, 517. The bridge joins Esztergom and Štúrovo, it offers excellent views of the Danube, the Basilica, the Hill and the Vizivarosh at its foot. Five minutes and you're in another country. You can go in Sturovo-unlike Esztergom, watch there especially nothing but overall pretty cozy.

  • The bridge looks exactly replica of the komárominak this útolsó bridge in Budapest. His condition deteriorated lately but the frames of párkányi hídfőről views.

  • The beautiful bridge adds to the panorama of Esztergom. The best view is from the side of Štúrovo, of course, because you don't want to see its appartment blocks.
  • It was pretty cool getting to walk between Slovakia and Hungary. The views were quite nice. The history of the bridge and significance is impressive, after I read that Germans destroyed it in the '50s and there was no bridge across for about another fifty years after. The villages of Štúrovo and Esztergom on either side are quite quaint and make for a nice visit.
  • Excited place, to cross walking between two cities, from two different countries. Komarom in Hungary and Komarno in Slovakia.
  • A relatively young bridge that's been built in 2001 with a very long historical background...Its design is not only visually pleasing but also gives the opportunity of some finest views of the Danube, Esztergom and Šturovo to passer-bys👍
  • Nice view on bridge from dome of Basilica.
