  • Beautiful castle with lots to do, plenty of food & drink stalls. Great inside museums showing the vast historical importance of the castle. Great views over Eger. All of it is walkable.
  • Nice and cute. And full with history. You can see many ancient pieces around, and very nice view up here. You have to walk little bit to go up to the Castle because it located on the hill.
  • Nice views of the city. A bit of a mess with construction. One exhibit has a good timeline of events in the area. Double check times.
  • I liked it very much! In the castle there are lots os museums and exhibitions. The Hungarian history during the Turkish invasion is very good explained. One can spend the entire day there.
  • A really well-preserved castle, one of the largest in Hungary. It has multiple exhibitions and a big area to walk around and enjoy the breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding hills.
