  • Very cute with a good Museum collection. For lovers of the East in Budapest-a godsend. In such Chamber museums, without a huge influx of visitors is much stronger than it turns out to feel the atmosphere and art.

  • Our hotel is located next to Andrassy Avenue, therefore, we often pass by the Museum. But I am not a fan of Asian culture and therefore we did not plan to visit this museum. But it so happened that Saturday failed for obvious reasons our excursion in the synagogue, day was rainy-i.e. the Museum and we were next, and decided to stop by. I was a bit strained price-3400 HUF. Well, a little expensive 11 euros, but on the other hand a small museum, I would say the Chamber, so that the price can be explained by a small stream. Okay, have waved a hand and went, the more worked up to 19 Saturday Museum and we understood that we can calmly consider collection-that's somehow all worked up to 18 museums and even before 5:00 pm. From the flyers learned that here 50000 exhibits. Impressive. And gathered them one big man just fan of Southeast Asia and diplomat. We thought so-he has collected a collection of 45 years, total 1111 exhibit every year and three per day. After that we started to be a collector. But if you don't joke around and something to understand that a truly unique collection, there are artifacts from prehistoric times. Lord Shiva, Buddha, the Great Silk Road, Viet Nam and India, China and Thailand. ... And even Khmer Association of distant pioneer years-something I'd heard about them)))) But it is clear that exhibited only a portion of the collection, and then I've read all this, agreed that us and the day will not be enough to see it all. Total billed more than 1000 exhibits, i.e. 2%)))) so that you can have fun and brain explodes from the abundance of information and the glitter of gold and silver. I ilčno more enjoyed the Villa and yard-a sort of OASIS East European capital. Elegant villa and not beating in the eyes of luxury, with a very large-straight tutorial for our elite inhabitants of villages. Summary: If you love East-then most likely you have a rest not in Budapest, but if still here, then go, disappointment will not. But I would not recommend become, many objects in Budapest of Hungarian culture. It's like that in Hungary instead of goulash order rolls. And if you look zamylilsâ from the abundance of beautiful buildings in styles one era I would advised to confine the tea house, which is located here.
