Explore the food and souvenir stalls around Vorosmarty Square (Vorosmarty ter) as you take in the hustle and bustle of this central public square. The statue of Hungarian poet Mihaly Vorosmarty dominates the center of the square, and most days there is live music or a festival of some kind to enjoy. The metro station adjacent to the square makes it easily accessible. Be careful with your personal belongings, as pickpocketing is a risk in this ever-busy area.
