  • May be Yes, that the place nice, but is not in the autumn. Lot cars, unbequäm organized transitions, huge green space without asphaltirte walkways so that you can look at the monuments not up close. Framed by beautiful palaces, however.

  • We come to the Roosevelt-Széchenyi square. This second name was awarded in 2011 in honor to count István Széchenyi, which donated the income for a year to found the Academy of Sciences of Hungary, next to this square in 1825. He was also the economic Manager of the chain bridge, which also stands at the forefront of this square. There is a statue of the count since 1880, much before the existence of Roosevelt. The square was in 1947 the name of Roosevelt as a tribute to him for the leadership of the allies in the second world war, which led to the end of the nazi occupation of Hungary. I had the data that this square was the work of Ervin Loranth Hervé, "Feltepue" (a giant made in polystyrene coming out the turf), held in 2014 for a fair of international contemporary art (Budapest art market). Great disappointment, was a temporary work, in some ways better, because it would not fit in that environment.
