  • On our way to the parliament we passed through this square. It was a very cold day, so we entered the parliament after taking some photos
  • Recommend visiting this area, sunny day we saw the guards and parliament in beautiful sunshine worth an hour of your time. We found it to be not busy, spacious and enjoyable.
  • After that it was renovated and it's got a new design it is better then was. Near here there are good restaurants.

  • One of the most important places in Budapest. Definitely an obligated place to visit. A building from the second half of XIX century, it has a eclectic style, very unique in its type. I'm sure you won't see anything like this. Located in a plaza round by other antic buildings, is very beautiful.
  • Recently the whole square was renewed. Worth a visit. Also one can visit the Parliament, for which reservation is recommended (only guided tours are allowed). Reservation may be made via e-mail to which the passport copies should be attached as admition for EU citizens is free.
  • This building is amazing. You can see it from the other side of the river pretty well. In daylight or night it looks amazing!!! A must see place in Budapest!
  • Always when I come here, I can see different view (new statues, walkways etc.). Only parlament & Lajos Kosuth staute is the same :-) One of my favorite places in Budapest.
  • Square in front of one of the most impressive buildings I ve seen. Wonderful to have a picnic! For photography please visit at sun set!
