They did not have the pattern I was looking for, but ended up still purchasing some items as gifts for family. Amazing service and an amazing store!!

There are always new pieces coming out. This time I added three pieces to my wild and exotic animal collection of porcelain figurines. They are very beautiful.

I'm not sure if I'm writing this review for the correct store, but this was closest to the actual store on the map. The Herend store on József nádor tér 11 is the largest Herend store in the world...

Great place to buy porcelain, the tour includes a 3d movie and an live explanation from the guide. Unfortunately they do nog allow people in the fabric to see the real manufacturing process, but through the tour and the museum if have a general idea. That is why my 4 stars, a more outspoken guide and an0 internal tour would have made it a wonderful experience.

Nice shop. They helped us with the tax return and the overall service is great and helpful. They also packed all the plates we've bought into the box and In the bags so we can bring them home securely
-
A few minutes walk from National Opera House and the place is worth dropping in and taking a look. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. It is smaller than the one near Deák Ferenc tér but more easily located.
-
The most exquisite porcelain in the world ... Truly stunning designs and colours, well worth dropping by or look up their website they ship all over the world I believe.

The soft spoken ladies at the shop were very helpful!
