  • It was a rough trail and we were enjoying ourselves. We had a group of 7 and it took us about an hour and a half to reach the waterfall. On our way back we split up from 4 members of our group for abo...  more »
  • Park La Tigra is a very beautiful place to walk, has several trails, I recommend cloud forest for those who don't want to walk a lot, although it has several pending. The waterfall is perhaps the most famous, it is long and ends in a beautiful waterfall which is best to visit it during rainy season if you want to see a good stream of water. Care okay, with some signs. I recommend take water and snacks for the road and keep garbage for not to dirty the beautiful landscape. There is much more attractive than nature and views on the trails more high. All the way might hear the chants of thousands of birds and hopefully look at terrestrial animal some.

  • For people who like to walk, explore this is an ideal place, one of its inputs is relatively near the capital Tegucigalpa, entering through a place called el Hatillo, has 2 entries, one of them of San Juancito which is very picturesque the first is the more easy to reach and also there are already marked trails and are not difficult to walk, preferably make the walk early in the morning to see some species of birds and animals.

  • Very nice place easy hikes took 3 hours from one end to the other no breaks got some brilliant pictures.
  • Beautiful views and wonderful waterfall, but I thought that I was going to collapse due to the fact that the walk was exhausting. I managed to complete it in 4 hours and 25 minutes. It truly is a beautiful place, though.
  • Enjoy nature, if you love to walk you will like this place. Great to spend a weekend
  • An awesome drive while getting to the park. We picked up some fresh flowers and strawberries while there at the park. We arrived a little late so we only were able to do the short walk but it was nice and very peaceful.
  • Central America cloud forests, birds and waterfalls
