  • I went on foot from Henry Morgan (15 minute walk on the beach) as a couple and we visited the park with a guide for US$ 30. It's expensive but however to be able to see animals not in a cage it was nice. Monkeys climb us on it and we can take the parrots. There is among other things also a lazy and several iguanas. After an hour it was over but if desired you can spend the day on the spot.

  • Gumbalimba Park has a large number of monkeys, macaws, and other local animals. The animals are not really wild in that they are fed and some can be handled. If you are looking to hold a macaw or monk...  more »

  • A fun family activity. There is an optional zip line through the jungle. Then a guided tour through lovely tropical forest, visiting iguanas, interacting with parrots & fun monkeys. Then you can go swim at their beach or swimming pool.
  • Great park. The guides and trainers are great. Brian our guide was amazing and very informative. You will need to rent a locker on site for bags for $3.
  • Great place to see animals and even interact with them. They have a lot of iguanas and tropical birds. The monkey area there is amazing and the monkeys will come up and sit on your shoulders and head for a great picture.
  • Tour guide was very friendly and informative. Wasn't that impressed with the beach but won't knock them for that as it is what it is and they can't control nature. Knocked off a star as the beach vendors were pushy and the animal trainers (birds especially) could be more friendly. Overall a very well run operation and enjoyable day.
  • This was a place we went to on the Princess Caribbean when we docked in Roatan Honduras and it was One of the best places I have ever been! Just absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend it to all ages and anyone who may be visiting or thinking about doing so!
