  • One of the most beautiful places in the world. Well worth the hike.
  • Should be the 8th wonder of the world.
  • Beautiful place to visit, first to do list if you going for the first time when you get to the parking where you live your car to walk, you should hire a guide you'll find them very easy they all over the place in they can swim. Beware 1st bassin and 3rd bassin is 75 feet deep if you don't know how to swim stay away from them..
  • Beautiful!!! Simply stunning! Had such a fun time hiking to get there and then the swimming and the diving is great! It's 100 gourdes to get in. Take one guide! You will need one.

Where to stay in Jacmel

Most guests choose to stay in the Art District, a trendy neighborhood near the beach. There, you can choose from a selection of mid-range hotels and eco-resorts, most of which offer swimming pools a walking distance of the coast. If you look a bit to the southeast, you can stay at a hotel or resort right on the beach itself.
