  • I did two hikes with them, a great company. Impressive with the guides I had up Santa Maria and the hike to Lake Atitlan. One of the gides i had for both was Julian who took two full bags of plastic off of Santa Maria. That's rock star status to me.
  • good company. they aren't the most organized but it is reasonable to expect from a nonprofit. make sure to get your gear you will need and consider bringing extra snacks. they sometimes forget their gear.
  • Just finished the Xela/Atitlan tour. I've been on many tours all over the world and I can honestly say that these guys do it better than most. Well organised, loads of information, great guides, great food and some fun surprises along the way to keep people motivated. In a group of 19 I can safely say that everyone had a blast!! Highly recommended and great value for money.
  • Knowledgeable guides, great food beautiful hikes
  • Just finished the Xela to Atitl├ín Trek and we all had an awesome time. Our group ended up being larger than expected but the guides were wonderful at cooking and helping everyone. The hike had so many little treats like saunas and local knowledge that took it above and beyond all our expectations. Thanks again to Matt Dan and Emily for the memories!
