  • The colonial Art Museum possesses a large and valuable collection of colonial art and Guatemalan religious art pieces, is a place worth visiting.

  • The lighting was terrible. Poor collection. Really small. Expansive for tourists. We have finished our visit in 10 minutes.
  • This isn't the Museum of colonial art, but painted scenes or statutes from the Catholic tradition.

  • Great place to have a look around. From the outside you feel like you are in old Europe. Great spot for some photos.
  • It is a place where you can observe how was the colonial art of our Guatemala, and therein lies representations in paintings, sculptures and interesting objects, as well as a representation of how it was the college education in ancient times, is worth mentioning, that the building of this museum were the old facilities of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala.
