  • You can enjoy the harbor with the usual water activities. But there is a lot of underwater history from WW I, WW II and more to explore and learn about.

  • We came here on another tour but enjoyed our short boat ride around the Harbor. I've been on the harbor a few times before and always had a nice time. Lots of fun places to snorkel and dive too.

  • Where else in the world can you touch a WWI & WWII sunken wrecks together at the same time? Only here in Guam, Apra Harbour where they lay nearly on top of each other in 80 - 125' of water. The SMS...

  • This place is great to just relax and go fishing or swimming!
  • i mostly come here to go underwater
  • Good
  • I saw a large tanker in front of me. Apra Bay is said to have a German ship, the Cormoran, which has been sunk since World War I (first!). Japanese ships include the Kizugawa Maru and Tokai Maru, which were sunk by torpedo attacks during World War II. Apra Gulf is also a mecca for diving, with the American Tanker, a large transport ship built at the end of World War II, which is one of the typical wrecks in Apra Bay. When I went snorkeling, I didn't know about the history of Apra Bay, and I found out later.
  • We enjoyed the view from the boat. It feels like Guam's logistics base.
