  • We found that day at the matouba water jump. The path is very muddy, slippery and very steep in some places. A landslide with falling trees partially blocking the way. Then the last descent is holding a string otherwise fall guaranteed. Once arrived at the river go back it by the right. And today saw the morning rains, the water level and current have failed to get to the foot of the waterfall. Too bad! It is marked "Easy route" but still be a good Walker. Avoid with kids.

  • Although listed as being easy, the trail to the waterfall is not really... Steep and slippery and on top of that, at the time where we went (November 20, 2016), the path was blocked by 2 big trees that had not been cleared... So, approach a little galley. It should be noted also, is only once on the River, he must put it back together right in the water, otherwise it is impossible to see the waterfall! So be careful on the day and at the time you choose to go there (avoid rainy days). The waterfall itself is nice, but let's face it, there is nothing exceptional!

  • Very happy to be gone at the edge of the jump, it is to see. Without getting wet, with a child of 8 years, it's sporty but achievable!
