  • Very few visit, we were only 2 to visit the morning of our arrival. Guided tour in the candy with clear explanations. Very nice guide. Tasting and demonstrations of the by-products of the sugar factory. 1 room reserved for history, the planting and production of sugar from sugar cane. A summary in French and English film screening. Buildings outside to visit and Visual on the former sugar factory in Beauport. Walk in the little train in the fields of sugar cane. However, a lot of disappointment on certain points. The old factory is not maintained and decays with time, some showrooms are closed with posters "soon here..." but we believe too much. Watch the ground slipping in some places by algae blooms (lack of maintenance). The guided tour in the little train was not functional so the attraction was friendly but without interest (may you will have more luck than us). Some billboards outside are unreadable because damaged by bad weather. new panels have been filed but the old persist... too bad! I wish when even to point out that the explanations are clear and very kind hospitality. Our guide explained that the Museum received grants for his development, but unfortunately not enough to maintain the old factory, which is very unfortunate. As a result, the site is not very welcoming but it is full of potential! Kindergarten table pic - nic, snack, refreshment bar, rum and souvenir shop on site. Count €10 / adult for the pass (guided tour, tasting and included train).

  • A really friendly place, we were only 2, we have been treated in "VIP" by the guide, who gave us all the explanations on the rod. Really very interesting, then she brought us into a large room to taste the juice of cane (in large glasses) delicious. We even bought at the store, flavored with currant juice. We went to the little train that drove us in the campaign, in the middle of the cane, under the eye of the horse and their Government, with more or less comprehensible comments. In any case it was a very good morning.

  • Candy Yes but is no longer in activity for a long time... suddenly of explanatory boards and a small train which takes you into the land of the village.. .but really prefer a candy in activity! Much more interesting!
