  • What a great spot to enjoy a few hours of this beautiful tropical location and to bathe in the basin of the waterfall! Hard to find and a muddy descent through the forest (often wet and slippery) but more than worth it! Take a set of dry clothes for after the retreat (half an hour scrambling) you to dress up because dirty and sweaty is you ...

  • Despite the difficulty of the descent and the hard ascent (even if children have pestered I enjoyed this hike) it's worth it! Count all the same 30 minute walk (difficult because slope, muddy and no signage). After that's all just BEAUTIFUL, in my opinion, the most beautiful waterfall in Guadeloupe. If I could give some advice:-do not get there after 3 pm as time off, enjoy swimming and back up it may be night and here we lose every time besides it would be nice to signpost this hike, wouldn't it by a string indicating the path to be taken (currently we follow trace them in the mud)

  • It's a very beautiful waterfall for which we should not be afraid to wet the shirt. Indeed, to find there already look and especially do not hesitate to ask. We had read that there is a restaurant which was the starting point. Certainly this one exists but is closed for a long time so the sign is worn and somewhat hidden by vegetation. After that you have a route to about 35-40 minutes through the forest (good shoes recommended because ground clay and tortuous) but after what beauty of landscape.
