  • A simple Council go your way and go with crank or Bellevue. One has the impression of emm... the two leaders of the distillery, one at the shop, the other tasting so that one makes his pub in you hanging as soon as your out of the boat. Of more side Caribbean to work in the distillery and white store recalls a time that you could believe over... A single positive, the production part where you are as close to the product of the cane rum.

  • A distillery which remained in its own juice! We appreciate the old machines oozing oil, the top still with his column in trays, the free tour that allows you to browse left and right and see the work of sugar cane and rum which seems to be frozen in time. A small booklet explanatory (but very basic) is supplied to your entry on the distillery but we regret a little lack of explanations in the factory itself (well, some panels would have enriched the discovery). On the other hand, do not hesitate to ask plenty of questions when you return to the point of tasting or the shop, you will have all the answers to the questions you may have on the rum of father Labat! Small friendly tasting after the visit where you can experience the range of punches or rums. I won't judge the rum itself. Very typical, it please or not please but will present unique characteristics among 3 agricultural rums of Marie Galante. Small shop with derivatives and rum of course. The best prices on the island course in direct sales of the distillery.

  • A welcome to the limit, both at the shop that taste too bad because the frame is nice, old distillery bottling by hand, until the labels. Rum is good, maybe one of the two best of the island deserves more friendly and smiling hostesses.
