Landmark Tourist Spot
Take a boat ride from Nuuk to Qornok, an almost abandoned village lying at the mouth of the fjord. Walk around town to see the bright old houses, which now can be rented for a couple of nights, backed by snowcapped peaks. Stop for a meal in the only restaurant, a renowned spot serving up the local specialties. Refreshingly free of the Internet and traffic, this outpost moves at a snail's pace, letting you unwind in a spectacular nature setting.
