  • The monastery of the Prophet Elias is located in the village of Pyrgos, in a picturesque setting. It was built at the beginning of the 18th century, also is an example of Byzantine art of which you can see books, documents and manuscripts. The curiosity of the convent is the section that provides information about the creation of candles, in the printing and production of wine.
