  • very beautiful and historical place...not so far from Trikala and almost on your way to the stone bridge and Elati...sure it worths a visit from you.
  • "The Church of Panayia Door or else the ' Panagia of major Portals ' is situated opposite the gate, in the housing Door that was the birthplace of Saint Bessarion. Built by sebastokratora 1,283 John I Angelos Komnenos DOUKAS and although it has undergone several major damage and since then has maintained several elements such as the murals that are relatively recent, dating back to the 18th century and the original floors. The uniqueness of the Church beyond the significant historical and religious importance for the region of Trikalwn, located in two mosaics of main gate of the Shrine. This is the full images of the Virgin and of Christ, placed against the Christian Orthodox tradition, with Christ left and Mary right. "one of the main reasons to visit the beautiful Trikala! Wonderful scenery," magical "part, with an incredible energy, as if it has touched the hand of God!

  • Very quiet village. The Church is very old, many frescos. In such places, you always want to stand up and touch the history and grandeur of this ancient history, this wonderful Greece!
