  • The farm of the sinks is just an amazing place. I really advise everyone who is tired of the bustle of the city and missed the harmony! Very friendly owner, the farm itself is very cozy, in the village of Potamies. We took a regular taxi. There were no serpentine, only 12 minutes from Khersonissos. On the farm there is a tavern) On the farm just amazing donkeys, all give themselves to iron and feed, very much love people and communication, there is a beautiful horse Shakira, cute goats, peacocks, guinea pigs, and what dogs and cats - can not be put into words! It feels like you're greeted by animals as your dearest friend...

  • When we came there, we expected there to be great attractions, but we were heartbroken by what we saw. The donkeys were in full sun and so, so hungry. The ones that had a roof above their heads were i...  more »
  • The farm is not easy to find, which is because the owners are not allowed to put up so many advertising signs. At the entrance of Potamies, you follow the signs that still exist there. If you feel that you are in the middle of the Pampa and that can't be right: keep going! This road leads to the destination. Also important indication is the donkey care on the street. The small farm in the green is a quiet oasis and very lovingly designed and maintained. There are currently 18 donkeys, two dwarf ponies, one horse and some goats. For 2.50 euros per person, everyone gets a cup of vegetables for feeding. Our five-year-old daughter had great fun. You can also ride on the donkeys, but we didn't do that. There is a ranch-style tavern where we drank delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice. The owner is very friendly. We stopped at the farm on the way back from the Lassithi plain. Personally, I think that an extra trip there is only worthwhile if you also ride on the donkeys and spend more time on the farm.

  • Beautiful olive oil farm! They have many of the original factory tools used in the late 1800s on display. The olive oil tastes great and the staff is very very friendly. We bought a lot to bring back to the US. They also have beautiful handmade pottery... not the mass produced stuff you see around the island.
  • Intresting and engaging. Staff were all lovely and involving. Learnt how goats cheese was made. The Sheppard of the goats obviously loves his job and the animals were very well looked after.
  • We took a guided tour, which was very interesting about olive oil and other products. I can recommend if you want to have a nice halfday trip
  • A little bit smaller than I expected and the shoo is a little bit expensive, but it was overall a good experience. The staff is really nice and the place is worth it. If you're in Agios Nikolaos, I'd recommend going
  • Very interesting idillic place maintaining the traditional methods of oil production. Optional Pottery and cooking classes throughout the day. We'll worth the visit
