  • Very beautiful ancient temple. 6-century temple dedicated to Virgin Mary Panagia. It was a Catholic monastery, which operated until the early Byzantine period. The original icons of the monument (found under later layers of frescoes) dating to the period before iconoclasm (first half of 7-th century). The name of the main icons of the Dros′âni translated as wet, wet. It, redaniû, was written in a period of great drought. And on the day when the icon was finished, the mestnos′ seems to rain.
