4.3/5 based on 3,800+ reviews on the web
Watch the sunset from a Mykonos beach, go for a stroll among the shops, restaurants, and bars, and observe the mix of culture and architecture at Little Venice. The name of this attraction comes from the quaint, whitewashed houses that stand just upon the shoreline, resembling Venice itself. Visit the houses, now turned into clubs and bars, restaurants serving Greek cuisine, and stores with a wide range of merchandise. Take a camera with you an capture your own picture of one of the most photographed places in Europe. Wear sturdy walking shoes, as the paths by the sea can get slippery. By using our Mykonos Town vacation route planner, you can arrange your visit to Little Venice and other attractions in Mykonos Town.

  • A must do ... yes it gets crowded but there is a reason. Get there early, find a table away from the walking path, and settle in for beauty ...
  • The sea ocean, on the island of Buâne. (i.e. Mykonos) is a secluded place-Alefkandra amidst the raging winds. It is also called "little Venice" because of the overhanging above the sea houses. Here, inside the quarter, very cozy and comfortable. Even cats. And if you want to walk to the sea, where wind-welcome to wind turbines. Waves crash on the beach and scattered sparks.

  • The review is about the place itself and not for the bars and/or other shops in the area. Emblematic place for Mykonos, looks like being part of Venice so it is called "Little Venice" or "Venetia" by the locals. Opportunity for cool photos. If in Myconos, do not miss. Highly recommended.
  • These landmarks create its own cause atmosphere of the city at water. Mark: it this area of the town the restaurant are expensive €€€
