  • The former water pipes in the city of Kavala are magnificent and well preserved until today. As you know in General wrong, they are not Roman but Ottoman. At the entrance to the city, you look very nice and you can drive this.

  • Wonderful facility adjacent to the "Old City".
  • Very cool

  • The "Arches" as called by its inhabitants the medieval Kavala (construction near 1530 a.d.) the city's aqueduct, located on the edge of the old town. The small peninsula of Virgin Mary, which until the construction of the aqueduct was arid and almost uninhabited, then became a small paradise. Presumably the cistern was built on the remains of the Roman aqueduct of Neapolis, which in the late 14th century, ceased to exist. It is the most beautiful of the few surviving today in Greece.
