  • September 2015 being fascinated by wine and always happy to discover again I couldn't resist the urge to visit this cave.signalee in my guide; On places I discover a modern Winery surrounded by vineyards. When we walked in the door, there was nobody and the reception was rather cold, it felt really disturbing. Showing our guide we ask with a mixture of french and English, because it seemed to master any of these languages and we Greek to enjoy a tasting of three wines with mezze for € 6 per person. Impossible for the mezze. So let's go for the visit and tasting of three wines. Impossible to visit the wineries but ok for the tasting € 4.50 per person. Our guests put on the countertop three depleted bottle and two glasses then a basket of pieces of what looks like bread which is hard as wood. The wines are stale and not at the right temperature and of course no comment. I walked away disappointed and aware that delivery is expensive paid. Fortunately, in France, at our winemakers in our cellars we does not accept that visitors

  • Like all tourists they brought me to this Winery during jekskursii"Knosskij Palace-Heraklion-JTR after heat be in the cellar was very nice. Visit to the winery itself proved to be short-lived however, inspection and tasting 40-45 minutes. Wine selection was very modest, can such a group was caught, but with purchases from there came out 2-3 person (including me.) I bought there a bottle of rose semisweet, which drank at the cottage.

  • If you are staying near the town of Heraklion and plan to visit Knossos, you can combine the 2 visits (do Knossos first!). When we arrived we were met by a friendly lady you gave our group of 4 a tour...  more »

  • Amazing place to stay with your significant other. We stayed her on our way to Santorini. I wish we would have stayed for more nights. Staff are amazing, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are okay. The Breakfast is local and the most delicious you can have try in Greece. Wine tasking is very good. Highly recommended.
  • Nice rooms and great meals
  • Beautiful!
