  • This church is located at the foot of the mountain, reached by a road demanding (30 minute walk, recommended sneakers). It is an absolutely magical place, away from the time and daily Fireworks.

  • Maritime location in the West of the island, about 4-5 bays left by galissas Bay. Wild, unique beauty with the chapel of Agios Stefanos wedged into the rocks and the rock height 80 m dominates over. The waters, unique beauty, the absolute lucidity & blue! Search for John Voutsinos (President of Galissas and Fireman) and schedule a visit to St. Stefano with the dhow's (except the allez retour will tell you interesting facts about the history of the island and the prwtokykladikoys villages of galissas. Agios Stefanos visitation Rules: 1. Don't fear the small boat-John is distinguished by a full sense of responsibility 2. Get masks and discover the magic of the deep 3. Explore the rock of St. Stephen and see the water that flows behind the chapel creating stalagmites. 4. Forget your cell phone and "pull" images that will fascinate you. Dimitris, the diver

  • Worth sacrificing 1 hour of your life to visit the chapel inside the cave. 30-minute descent on easily. Not for young children.

  • Church built inside a small cave. Be prepared that the path that leads to the church is not easy, but the view and waters are rewarding.
  • The climb is more than worth it. Take plenty of water and sunscreen.
