  • This is the best and most accessible archiological site that I have seen so far in Greece. You can really imagine the town as it was in ancient times and the walk around the ruins is an easy one. Good...  more »
  • It is a city of time Antique. The vineyards are not far (grapes of Corinth;o) we had visited him in tour and it was great, because we had all the explanations. I loved the beautiful Temple of Apollo, but also the shopping streets with their stalls (also got me thinking about some ancient cities of the coast I find that the site is well kept.) At the entrance, the Pirene fountain welcomes you. This is a site where there are not a lot of shade because few trees. Visit the morning or late in the day (but be careful on schedules, it may close early). The city which is mentioned in the Bible and who was known at the time as a city of debauchery Antique (a place of passage for trade also, because the port was not far). I find this site very nice and I am delighted to have visited it.
