I loved the tour so much! The tour guide Christine and the bus driver were two of the nicest people I've ever met. They constantly asked whether we wanted something to eat or drink. Furthermore, they picked us up from our village, which was 30 minutes away from Chania. Really such great people. It was also really easy to communicate with the organization thanks to the usage of WhatsApp. We had enough time for visiting and enjoying the places. In general, the atmosphere was super relaxed. We weren't in a rush at all and were able to really enjoy the entire day with the most amazing people. The beaches were dreamy. Great for beautiful pictures with pink or golden sand and for a warm swim. Also, great for sunbathing. You learn so much about the interesting culture of Greece and you can just see how proud they are of their culture. It's really deeply rooted in their everyday life. Made me want to be a Cretan as well! 😆 The 4000 year old olive tree, the oldest olive tree in the world, was my personal highlight. Loved every minute of it. The visit of the Vouves museum was super fascinating and a great ending to the journey. At the end, you get to taste Greek coffee and eat bread with olive oil, which was super delicious. Honestly, 10/10 would recommend to anyone, who wants to see the most interesting places of Crete while visiting. Big thank you to Christine, who made the experience so much better with her positive aura!
