Small and well curated museum. The ancient Greeks were so advanced with their tech! The museum have a great little display and it isn't exhausting to walk through like most museums as it is quite small. An hour will suffice. Many of the displays are interactive as well which makes it fun. The staff are super friendly and would love to explain everything.. The technology exhibition is great. The music and war ones not that interesting. War mainly had armours and nothing else. Would have loved to see catapults etc.

It is a perfect museum for those who learn in an interactive way and don't like long visits. Staff is amazing and keen to explain what the exhibition is about. You can read all the info on the cards adjacent to the item, but it's somehow more interesting when it's presented by a person. If Maria happens to be there when you visit, ask her to show you around. Our experience would be great anw, but because of her- it was awesome! It looks like a place that would be particularly appealing to children, but my husband and I loved it. I would definitely recommend

One of the most interesting museums we visited in Athens. There are a lot of highly complex exhibits that are wonderfully explained. The museum staff are beyond friendly and always willing to answer a question and proactively explain things. They are also extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back again if the opportunity arises.

It's been a really nice visit, you are able to interact with the experiments. Thanks to the explanations of the two people that are in charge, you can understand easily the functioning of the experiments. It also helps you to realize how smart were the ancient greeks. I'm 16 years old and really enjoyed the visit in part because of the help and explanations that the people in charge give you.

Best spent 5 euros ever. The museum has several exhibitions. We took only the main one. It is very nice because everything is explained interactively. There were several persons at each exhibit and explained the mechanisms and the history behind it. Great place to go if you like museums. Also good for children.
