  • I have been many times in Athens but this time I found this very interesting private museum full of contemporary art. Beautiful renovated building, central location. There was a very special exhibitio...  more »
  • The visit almost every news report here 5 years. The collector and owner of Lord Fryssiras, make right choices, at least personally filled. Another reason that makes me go in each report is the serenity that offers me the neoclassical building with the perfectly correct lighting and classical music that is in proper tension to accompany the visitor. I will continue to go and thank people such as Frissyras, offer citizens such uplifting moments. I recommend after the exit of the Museum, a silent walk through the narrow streets of Plaka!

  • Small guest house in the heart of Athens. Spread over several floors, but each of them has then a limited space. Are paintings of contemporary art. There are interesting works, nice to look at, though – while not an expert and connoisseur – it didn't seem there are masterpieces. 6 euro ticket. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Hours: 10-17, 11-17 on Saturdays and Sundays. Recommended if you are already in the area and if you have time. Go there on purpose seems rather excessive. In any case unless you are not maniacs of museum visits, you can see it pretty quickly. At visitors ' disposal there are toilets and a relaxing lounge with library and reading area.

  • well organised, but very sad content
  • Nice place to visit.
  • While day with reduced entrance to the Secretariat not said anything asking us to pay full price. Also for the unemployed have half priced tickets again not informed about something. In addition, the guide was not particularly aware of the painting techniques.
