  • What a wonderful experience!!! Got to try all kinds of local delicacies and our guide also shared a lot of food history of Greece. Highly recommended!!
  • Absolutely wonderful tour! So much information. Highly Recommended.
  • Very good tours !
  • Very good
  • Good tasting. Interesting, but more historical explanations that culinary. Guide friendly and always open to answer questions. The meal option is interesting, but we have much too much food. We would have preferred to pay cheaper meal with less food or simply be recommend typical restaurants. It felt a bit forced to go there and as we had 2 days in Athens, has had to move for that while we had other options less expensive and more accessible. Also in our case if we had the record of the visit, do we even would have been nicer. It must be possible to find one travels similar in guide or on blogs of travel. Everything even interesting for those who like the towers in a group.

Where to stay in Athens

If you come to Athens for its ancient history, stay in Plaka, a lively neighborhood located within walking distance of the city's major archaeological sites. Although relatively expensive, hotels in this part of town offer spacious rooms, private swimming pools, and rooftop cocktail bars. For less expensive but equally comfortable lodgings, consider boutique hotels and family-run inns in the quiet residential neighborhoods just a short drive south of Plaka. Good rooms fill up early in the season, so plan ahead and book in advance.
