  • One of the best views of the city. It is not easy to climb but it's exciting to get wing rock where Paul preached for several centuries...

  • Wonderful view over the Hill as the Acropolis and the city below. We were there early and admired the beautiful sunset but and wonderful colors that reflected the Acropolis. The Supreme Court took its name from the first murder crimes Tribunal that was established during the reign of Kerkopa and of Theseus. In addition to operating the House place of Supreme Court was at the same time and place with religious significance. The 51 BC, Apostolos Pavlos preached for the first time Christianity to the Athenians. Climb to admire the West but also the Citadel from the rock.

  • The Hill of Ares, which was devoted to the God of war and Eryniom. Compared to the Parthenon place in total "without a word", to climb on a fairly wyślizgane by tourists rocks is sprinkled with ... metal stairs. As for me, a big exaggeration.

  • Make sure you bring comfortable Shoes, there is going to be allot of hiking! This place is really rich in history and a place where Apostle Paul Gave a Famous speech about Acts 17:22
  • Beautiful place for walking, take pictures, see the view of Athens and Acropolis! The time stops here!
  • This is the hill of AREOPAGUS. The Areopagus comes from the Greek name Areios Pagos, translated "Ares Rock". It is north-west of the Acropolis and In classical times, it functioned as the high Court of Appeal for criminal and civil cases. There, in front of you, extends an excellent view of the southern side of the city. You can see the buildings of the Sky Observatory, the Ancient Agora of Athens with the Temple of Hephaestus/Theseion, the Philopappos Monument on top of Mouseion Hill, the Lykabettus Hill and other well known landmarks of Athens.
  • Magical place. Amazing both by day and night. Great view of the whole city and of the surrounding hills, including of course the Acropolis.
  • Best place to see the pantheon and Athens by sunset, night. Be sure to bring a beer, the locale do!
