  • Nice view, but the castle was nothing special. We drove up from Parga as everyone told us we must see it. Still trying to figure out what we missed.
  • We wandered from Valtos via Antosha up to the Castle. We went from an old Antosha bushed staircase almost all the way up. The last bit was a great wide paved road. When we finally got up, we were completely alone and could wander around in peace. Spectacular views in all directions. The hike down we did on a large road and took the opportunity to picnic in the Altosha.

  • A very interesting but heavily ruined artillery fort. The interior is highly photogenic with wild black figs growing against the walls. The exterior is largely intact to its full height. See if you can spot the plaster lined sewer. The views from the top are absolutely spectacular.
  • Nothing particular. An old Castle dominating in Parga with a nice view over the hills and sea. Lacks a proper reception of visitors and it would be appropriate to open a bar or restaurant or whatever ...

  • Nice little place. Some perched on the Hill but especially in its genre.
