  • Ancient "Friktwria" of the 4th b.c. century located over the beach before the village of Ag. Petros. To the futurists follow the Marked Path "15." From there, the view is excellent and compensates the hikers. Unfortunately, there has been restoration of the monument and the danger status. Attracts many visitors and foreigners on the grounds that there are not many such monuments. Friktwries was towers used to transmit messages with fire from Tower to Tower.

  • Anyway to see. It takes a little effort to find out but to come forward; Massive construction, amazing views.

  • Of these there are many towers in the Aegean and I've seen a lot ... This is not white like Ikaria or Serifos but is without doubt the most beautiful and best preserved, very tall and imposing, if not search can escape because the color of the stones is confused in the landscape. Easily accessible by paved road that climbs towards Agios Petro Village, a small flat and easy path starts from a curve. Well worth the stop.
