  • Admittedly, it's the end of the tourist season but it seems to be completely deserted when it comes to facilities. Bring flip-flops, because the bottom is Rocky and full of sea urchins. Wonderful water. Something to eat and drink are also needed. Taxi boat, which costs € 5 back and forth per person works out good. The owner keeps carefully to set download time.

  • The island is uninhabited, with restrictions as to the time of day we can visit it. This is for the sake of a small deer tribe located on the island. In addition, living the peacocks on the island. These actually comes all the way down to the beach, while deer one must go further away-an hour's walk, we were told-if we were going to be able to hit. It's an OK taverna on the beach. You come to Moni either directly from Aegina town, or with smaller boats from Perdika, a cosy village with good fish restaurants.
